I would like to know where my parcel is I have been waiting for sometime now. There where updates every 1-2 days at the beginning but for the past 9 days nothing. It is saying it went on a plane but nothing since. Is this normal what should I do is it lost. I was told it would arrive quickly as I paid extra but am still waiting please can you help.
