Tracking not updated for 10 days

Help, my package tracking has not been updated since 3/30/21 and it just says "International Warehouse Final package sterilization and inspection completed, package shipped." I've asked Shein and they never gave me a straight answer about what is happening with my package. Its been 10 days with no update which is concerning my tracking number is: 420331589205590285272033286046
