TRacking not available

Hello, I bought an article from ebay. Seller gave this tracking number days ago: RS610513006CN

Why can't I track it? I waited 5/6 days but I can't track it from china post site.

Hi Francesco,

It seems there is nothing wrong with the tracking number. Possible reasons for no information in China Post site are:
1: China Post hasn't accepted your package yet.
2: China Post hasn't scanned and entered your package tracking information into their system yet.

Better contact the seller and ask if he has handed it over to China Post. I think he just gave you a tracking number in advance but hasn't sent it in real.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
