i send one parcel under track no. RR073777405SA, and when i check it with 17TRAK website its coming (( 2018-05-02 14:58Postal Shenzhen Red Lai Delivery Department, has been duly cast )).
can you please check the parcel is it delivered the right address.

yes, when I check with the passenger that who I send it to him, he say "we haven't received the parcel"

Hi Saeed,
If the recipient Chinese？ If so, let him contact China Post by calling their service number 11183 to ask where they delivered or put the parcel. Let him check his short message as well. Sometimes, if the postman couldn't contact him successfully, he will put the parcel at the nearest Express delivery point and notice him though message to let him pick it up there.
