Can you please track the above package. Records show that it was delivered on the 12 January 2017. The person the package was sent is claiming he has not received the package. What happened to the package.

Hi mariaglekas,

I was delivered on 12 Jan and the person called Ye Zhipeng (叶志朋) got it on the day.

They tell me its was never delivered and they is no person called Ye Zhipeng. That package was worth $300.00 how can I get it back.

You'd better ask Australia Post for more details about the compensation if it's not the right one receive it.

I want to know about two of the orders as it show's delivered but I can't find there real tracking ID's or any proof of images. These were came from china to UK by chinapost tracking. I mentioned below both tracking ID's so please give me there more details. Thank you!
