Hello, the package from my family arrived in Changchun. I saw at the tracking that I have to pay tax. But I have no information. Please, what I have to do?

Hi Ritter,

It's waiting for the receiver in China to pay the tax to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check and pay.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
