According the Tracking Record of 17TRACK the ORDER #CH3604 seems DELIVERED since 2024-08-07 16:41 !!!!
Until this moment Thursday 2024-08-24 14:00, I personal haven’t received anything, so I’m trying to get in contact with somebody of the Courier's company,
but I can’t find who is the Courier company who made the delivery, it is not written in the Tracking list that I’m sending you.
Could you be so kind to indicate me the name and the tel number of the Courier that the China Post has used for the specific Delivery?

I contact the Hellenic Post, and they told me that they don't handle the Tracking No AM476171482CN.
I also wrote to the seller asking for the new tracking number in Greece, as you indicate me to your answer.

Φίλε Θέμη, αν βγάλεις άκρη ενημέρωσε σε παρακαλώ σε αυτό το Post. Είμαι ακριβώς στην ίδια φάση, και δε ξέρω τι να κάνω! Παρακαλώ κράτα με ενήμερο για το τι και πως, θα με βοηθούσε πολύ!
It should be delivered by Hellenic Post. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Greece. Then, use the number to check with Hellenic Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
