Tracking shows that 11/10/2023 package was delivered successfully to addressee BUT I am the addressee and I was not home that day and I DO NOT HAVE IT. Please advise exactly what was done and where my package actually is and what will be done to fix the problem.

Then, use the number to check with Australia Post. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
