Hi ethel,

Tracking number consisting of 11 digits belongs to China Post ordinary small packet plus. It's a cheap service and couldn't be tracked. It was shipped on Sep. 19 and still in transit to your country now. For this kind of packet, it usually takes two or three and even more months to reach at the same time it's easy to be lost on the way. If you couldn't receive it within four months, better ask your money back as soon as possible if this is what you bought online. Or you will get nothing.

I want to know about two of the orders as it show's delivered but I can't find there real tracking ID's or any proof of images. These were came from china to UK by chinapost tracking. I mentioned below both tracking ID's so please give me there more details. Thank you!
