I am tracking to parcels i send my brother 6 weeks ago from the UK to Shanghai and he still hasnt had them can you please update me as to where they are please are they in China ?

Hi Rob Harvey,

They are still in transit and havn't arrived in China now. You need to wait for more days to get update. There will be update when it arrives in China.

This is my second experience with Chinapost because the Royal Mail keeps sending parcels through you guys, and both times, I have had this same problem.
My parcels have been stuck in Tianjin for 2 whole weeks.

I don't know what to do.

Hello, 2 of my parcels have been failed to deliver, and it's already 2 months since born of them have been sent back by China Post. By latest information parcels are still in Shanghai- what happened to them? Tracking Numbers are RR508020645lv and RS082380651lv. If these parcels still in Shanghai any way I could get them back?
