Hi Zaher,

They couldn't pass the customs check and were returned back to the city where the seller is located in August. You couldn't receive them. What you need to do now is to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

This is my second experience with Chinapost because the Royal Mail keeps sending parcels through you guys, and both times, I have had this same problem.
My parcels have been stuck in Tianjin for 2 whole weeks.
The parcels are from the UK and the destination country is South Korea
I don't know what to do.

Hello, 2 of my parcels have been failed to deliver, and it's already 2 months since born of them have been sent back by China Post. By latest information parcels are still in Shanghai- what happened to them? Tracking Numbers are RR508020645lv and RS082380651lv. If these parcels still in Shanghai any way I could get them back?
