I was given a tracking number (UU039192845CN) for a package but when I put the number into your web site I don't get any tracking information. How can I find the status of my package delivery?

I don't think this report is complete. The last posting is for 2021-04-16 and is not a complete entry. This makes me think that there's more to the status than you provided. Also, when I put my tracking number into your web site I still don't get anything, just blanks in the display area.
