Hi,
Where is my package and how long will it take to get here? I've placed the order over a month ago and the last update was on May 1, 2020 saying that it was "delivered to air transport." Other than that, I have not heard anything from your company. I understand that COVID-19, has impacted shipments, but clear communication regarding my package would be appreciated. This is ridiculous.

I've placed the order over a month ago and the last update was on April 24th, 2020 saying that it was "delivered to air transport." Other than that, I have not heard anything and was wondering if it's sitting at the airport still or if its in route yet. I understand that COVID-19, has impacted shipments, but clear communication regarding my package would be appreciated.

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.
