Hi, I ordered item, a lamp, on 06th Feb and tracking says it left on 09th Feb but last update on 17th March says "Langley, get to the land"
Can you please advise

Hi Alan,

It's stuck in Langley due to some reason. It's not normal that it has been stuck for a long time. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
