My tracking number is LV317000674CN. Ut says airline departure twice. First on the 13/11 and another on the 20/11. No other update after. Where is my parcel been waiting for 2 months

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
