I haven't received my order as of August 15, 2016 and there is no way to track it. Is there any way for me to know what happened to my package?

Hi Steven,

Your tracking number couldn't be tracked in China Post tracking system. I'm not sure when was your package sent out. If it exceeds a month, that's not normal. You should call 11183 which is the service number of China EMS to ask the reason.

I want to know about two of the orders as it show's delivered but I can't find there real tracking ID's or any proof of images. These were came from china to UK by chinapost tracking. I mentioned below both tracking ID's so please give me there more details. Thank you!
