There has been no Tracking update for three weeks, please can you advise me of the location of my parcel, is it in China or USA?

Hi Sandy,

It should be still in China now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

I have received a tracking code from the seller "LY7590562001416CN" which I have no clue if it's genuine or not since they didn't mention on what platform I can track my order. After loads of research, I found out that the seller could have used this company to have shipped my item due to the (CN) code at the end however I haven't been successful to use the code to track my package at all.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could inform me if the tracking code is genuine and if so where my package is as I was expecting it today.

What does code 48 mean? I've had lots of items delivered to the U.S. with no issues. Can you tell me what 48 means? I asked the company that shipped my item and they could not give me an answer. My tracking number is CP370377653CN
