Tracking issue

My order number is LS347926988CN. Seller states it was shipped early June. When I attempt to track it, it only says the number is not yet in the system. Where is my package and why can't I track it?

Hi jmlynneba8d,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is that the seller hasn't shipped it. You need to contact the seller to confirm.

I think there is a problem with my tracking on my shipment. Since the package was shipped i havent received any updates whatsoever. Ether there is an issue with the package or the tracking number.
