Tracking is wrong

Tracking number AT169825521CN.
According to all the trackers, my parcel was delivered at 2304 on Wednesday 6 December.
This is not true. I have not left the house all week. No neighbours have taken in a parcel for me. My security camera has not recorded anyone coming to the house.
Where is my parcel, and when will I receive it?
Note: I ordered the item on 27 November, and paid extra for express delivery, in order to ensure that I would receive the parcel in the 3 - 6 days stated on the seller's website (the website also says that orders placed in the UK will be shipped from London. Obviously, this did not happen, and the order was shipped from China).

My package was delivered to the wrong house. They put in the wrong address. I got a hold of the seller, they said they reshipped. It's been 3 months, and I am still waiting on a tracking number, they said it's been expedited. IT was threw Jinzhou Network
