Hi emma tindall,

The shipping status will not be updated until the parcel arrives in the destination country. This period may last for 7-60 days depending on different shipping methods. You'd wait for more days to get update.

As you can see below I asked for an update 15 days ago and all questions before and after mine were answered. I was told these were in transit and would take up 60days...it has been nearly 90 days. I have the following packages for delivery to Canada and there doesn't seem to be any updated tracking information to locate the current whereabouts. It has been more than 60 + days and they still have not been delivered. When will I receive these?

Hi I have ordered a parcel and it come from China to the UK. I have been given a tracking number AS841488590CN. I have checked tracking information. But it just stay the same and doesn't give u updated information. I would like updated to see have far and when delivery.
