I had an item shipped from China to Alaska, Tracking #AS456227837CN. The tracking information indicates it was delivered on 11/23. It has not been delivered. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Marc,

It may be delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

I ordered a package that was being delivered through China post. I was given tracking number AQ053535055CN. According to China Post tracking, my package was delivered on May 18. It was NOT delivered to my address 1578 Watermark Ct, Miamisburg, OH 45342. I checked with USPS, UPS and FedEx and that tracking number is not in any of their systems.
