Hello!

I bought something from a seller who has their products made in a warehouse in China. I was given this tracking number, but it won't show up here in tracking. The US tracking shows it never left China. If you could please give me any information about my package, I would be extremely grateful. Thank you for your time!

Hi Tabatha,

I checked and find it has been collected by EMS in Nanjing on March 3 but never left. You may ask the sender to call 11183 to learn more information and whether EMS has forgetten to send the parcel.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
