I have gotten 2 different tracking numbers from the seller. They keep blaming it on the post office but I have not add any updates and it has been around 30 days. Please help. LR004662027CN Is the latest tracking number I was provided

Hi Phillc4911,

Is LR004662027CN the right tracking number? There is no tracking information for it in China Post tracking system.

Yeah, that is correct. LR004662027CN I got it off the shipping label provided by the seller. That is the second one and at this point trying to get with all parties because they keep saying it must be still at the post office but it has been over a month with no tracking updates.

Hi Phillc4911,

There is no tracking information for it at present. To my experience, possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it. If there is still no update in a week, I suggest you let the seller refund you.
