My tracking hasn’t updated, not even once. I received my tracking number 2 weeks ago, and have been left in the dark. What’s going on?

Hi Laicey,

If there is no tracking information for it, the most possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it. You need to contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
