Tracking hasnt updated in 14 days it said delivery within 7 days

Hello,

I posted a parcel from the uk via international track and trace - ref number RY273183747GB i have checked the tracking number and it has reached china but hasnt been updated in 2 weeks, please can you help? Royal Mail state it should be delivered within 5-7 working days.

Hi diamondgirl74,

It should be delayed due to the coronavirus. It's still in transit to China and hasn't been arrived. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
