Tracking has not updated since May

Hi there, the tracking for my item AQ728842756CN says 'Arriving in Australia" on 19th May. It is now the 6th of June and still no update. Can someone please help?

Hi Tara,

I could also see it arrived in Australia on May 19 and no more update after that. You need to contact the seller to ask if there is another tracking number to track it when it arrives in Austrlia. If it couldn't be delivered in time, you need to let the seller give you a solution as soon as possible.

I have been tracking an order placed in MARCH and the tracking has not updated since March 11th. This is what it says:
"International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada.
Last updated: Mar. 11"

The number is LZ692659019CN.
Is the package lost? Thank you
