Tracking has not moved

My order has not moved on the tracking system since 25th November. What is happening with it.

Hi I have a package that is has in transit since October 10th and it has not moved since. Can you please tell me what is going on? I can't imagine why it hasn't moved in that amount of time. Tracking is LY500745970CN.
