Hi serena,

This item was in transportation period for a long time and it still has no delivered results. Possible reasons:

1. The carrier has not updated the tracking information due to the high volume of postage.
2. The carrier was omitted to enter the tracking information.
3. Your package may have been lost during the transportation period.

You'd better contact the seller to give you a explanation or get the refund. Or, you may get nothing at last.
