I have two packages LY172980631CN and LY195017602CN. Both have been through Fuzhou multiple times each on various days. Why? Whats going on with my packages?

I have been waiting for 2 packages. 1 was last updated on may 14th, the other on may 17th. What is going on? These are the tracking numbers.

My packages AQ525921763cn. Aq525927307CN WERE SHIPPED TO THE UNITED KINGDOM OBVIOUSLY THEY WERE TAKEN OUT OF YOUR SHIPPING CONTAINER AND DUMPED AS ROYAL MAIL HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THEM I FIND THAT VERY ALARMING THAT YOU TOOK THE PACKAGES FROM CHINA AND JUST DUMPED THEM OBVIOUSLY YOU HAVE BEEN PAID TO DELIVER THEM AND HAVE NOT ????????
LY172980631CN was returned back as didn't pass the check on May 14. It's sent again. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal.
LY195017602CN has left China and is in transit to the US now. You need to wait for more days to get update.
