Tracking expired, status shows plane landed

Hi China Post staff,
Sorry to bother you again, but there has been no update on my parcel since July 29 (EB748665454CN). I was told to wait 10-20 days last time I asked about the parcel status. Now the tracking number has expired. This is a personal package, so there is no seller to get a refund from.
Is there any way you can help?

You can only wait for more days to see if there is any update. If it couldn't be delivere in three months, you need to let the sender in China go to the place where he sent it to get a solution.
