Tracking expired

What do I when my tracking is said to have expired? I have two parcels at Langley, Heathrow that have been there for 2 months/3 weeks.

If you couldn't receive it in two months, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello, My tracking numbers of my parcels are expired because are in transit over 80 days and 1 month from the last update in system.
My question is how can i check anymore my parcels where they are? It can be again possible to see new updates if any change is gonna happen? Or The tracking numbers are expired for good?
How can i know if they are arrived in final destination?
