Hi, the item was shipped on 3/29 and it has not moved and the tracking is expired. Is there anything I can do? LW487765368CN

Hi Alex,

It usually takes about 30-60 days for it to be delivered. As it has been over three months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.

Hello, My tracking numbers of my parcels are expired because are in transit over 80 days and 1 month from the last update in system.
My question is how can i check anymore my parcels where they are? It can be again possible to see new updates if any change is gonna happen? Or The tracking numbers are expired for good?
How can i know if they are arrived in final destination?
