i ordered a product from WLTOYS online. They advised that product is arranged in China Postal and this is tracking no: CI639437561CN.

This item was sent on March and given tracking number RV355580206CN, I know COVID-19 created obstacles in shipment, but my country has opened the borders and airports for past two weeks now but there is no movement on this item, however some items via same courier have arrived in Tanzania. can you give me the updates on the item RV355580206CN?

It's still stuck in China now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Tanzania after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over two months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.

1. The sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
2. It's just sent and need two or three days to have tracking information.
3. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.
You'd better contact the seller to confirm the reason.
