Tracking my parcel through china post and EMS, it says it's held for inspection on 4/22, but on china's customs website it shows the package was released by customs on 4/21. Is is just a mistake or is there something I need to do?

It's stuck by the customs now. You need to let the seller to give you a solution if it's stuck there for over 15 days.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
