There may be some problem with China Post system. Your parcel is sent by ePacket. Within 15 days, it should be reached the destination country. I think it's in Netherlands now. You can contact PostNL to ask if they have received this parcel.

There is no tracking information for it because the seller just created the order but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately if you are urgent.
