Tracking doesn't update

Hi, My parcel doesn't update since the first updated status on 24 Feb 2020. Maybe you can help me out? I want to know where the package is and when I can expect it delivered.

Hi Epy8338,

There is no tracking information for it because the seller just created the order but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately if you are urgent.
