Can you help me with this? Someone send me package from Brazil to Singapore, but it's in China from 27/10, when it should ship to Singapore? It's almost 1 month there. The sender said it shipped to singapore and come to China only for transit.

You'd better call +86 10 11185 (then 8 for English service) to contact China Post what's wrong with it. It's abnormal for it staying in China for a month.

How can I contact Beijing Exchange Bureau? I called the phone you given but only waste my times. No one can answer what happened with my package.

This package should send to Singapore not to China. It come to China only for transit. It's hold by beijing exchange bureau from 27/10 and it almost 1 month. Who responsible with this?
