Hello I have an order that the tracking code is SYRM108064103. I need the tracking code that starts with the letter L, R, among others. I don't know if I need to pay for the postage for that order. You could help me by providing this code so that I can track it in the post office in Brazil. Thanks.

Sorry, we don't have the tracking code. It's sent by SUNYOU Express. It arrived in Brazil on October 12 and is still stuck at the customs now. If it couldn't be delivered in time, you need to let the seller give you a solution as soon as possible.

I have some packages that came very fast to Canada, with a tracking number starting by LM and ending by CN (1-2 weeks), while other starting with LL took much longer (4-6 weeks, or still not delivered).
I found that ePacket tracking number is a 13-digit tracking code starting with letter "LQ/LK/LM/LN/LX/LS/AG/LW" and ending with "CN". LW and LT is the destination for United State, LX is the destination for the United Kingdom, LM is the destination for Canada. However LF and LH number still belong to China Post Register Airmail.

But what about the LL tracking numbers?

Hello,
I forget to ask for the tracking code of my postcard sent on Friday, 14 Jun 2024 at Huangpu Branch ( Shanghai).
Now I am not in China and could not call to ask for the tracking code, how can I do now?
The only thing I have now is my Alipay record as paying for stamp and service. I hope they can track and provide me the tracking code.
