Tracking code expired

A package was sent to me on December the 26th 2020 with the tracking code CP429652208CN. Almost 3 months have passed without any update on the package and now the tracking code is marked as 'expired'. Is the package lost?

Hi Daniel,

It's sent by a cheap way and couldn't be tracked after it leaves China. If you couldn't receive it in three months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
