According to the delivery notification, the parcel was successfully delivered to my address on 17th December 2023. However, upon checking my mailbox, I was surprised to find that the parcel was not there.

Hence, I haven't received my order yet but the tracking system says that it's been delivered but it never came here.

Furthermore, I can't seem to contact anyone with the company and I need an explanation to find out where my package is.

Your cooperation in this matter is invaluable to me and I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue promptly.
