Hi rhern53,

According to the tracking information, it was delivered on October 29. It may be delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

Supposedly there was a failed delivery attempt in an office open to the public and with several people pending entry. Hoy reports that it was delivered yesterday at a time when the office is already closed. Please locate the package and deliver it as contracted. I hope to receive it as soon as possible.
