Your website shows this as delivered. Please advise where it was delivered to as it has not arrived at my location. This was ordered on January 17th. Please advise ASAP

Hi Delise,

Sorry, I could only find it was delivered on Feb.2. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Where was it delivered>> It certainly was NOT delivered to me. This package was in YOUR possession - YOU shipped it so it is YOUR responsibility to locate it.

The tracking number is AM776685622CN. Tracking indicates delivery is Apr. 22 at 20 pm; nothing has been delivered. The tracking info is shady, there is no real detailed tracking info on the US side.
