Shipping began on May 30, 2023 from Changsha, Hunan with tracking number AS070122641CN; Global Package Tracking shows shipment arrived at US sorting center on June 5, 2023 with updates through June 22, 2023 with delivery recorded as successful. I did not receive the package and am requesting your assistance with getting the package resent and redelivered, or a refund to my credit card in the amount of $55.97. The package was to be delivered to Gretchen Schroeder, 63671 Harriet Road, Apt. 2, Coos Bay, Oregon USA, but it was not received.
