Tracking AM692383407CN not delivered or re attempted

I am waiting on AM692383407CN. It shows that no one available for signature however that is untrue as I work from home every day. No one came to the door or rang the door bell. No attempt has been made to deliver again since January 15th. I will be out of the country for 3 weeks soon and will not be able to receive this before I go and bring it as a gift. If not received in the next 4 days I will cancel and require a refund.
