It shows that my package was delivered on April 14; however, I never received it so where was it delivered and what do I do now?? I’m very upset about this.

Hi Patricia Burton,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
