Hello china post. I have a package that has been shipped from China for the Ivory Coast since August 16, 2021 to the shipping number: EA559979419CN But since August 19, when I try to track the package, it is blocked in Guangzhou City, Guangzhou International Mail Processing Center, since that date, then I would like to know what explains this situation and when I will receive my package.

Hi Glin,

It should be delayed due to the limited flight to Ivory Coast. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
