Hi,

I would need some assistance on where my parcel are? I am the sender and have shipped out some parcels over to our clients in Canada but none of them received it. I have the tracking numbers below:

The last updates we had was it was on its way to the destination country but we checked with Canadian post they are still expecting these from Chinapost. Please advise on what our options are for us to either retrieve the parcels for us to ship it in an alternate shipping and have what we paid refunded. Please send me an email on updates on this.

Hi catsmovernousername,

LY662258241CN has been stuck in Chicago since March 9. You need to let the receiver contact USPS to check.
2021-03-09 11:41 ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS), Processed Through Facility -> Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 11:41 am on March 9, 2021.

LZ686740555CN was returned back to Zhengzhou on April 18. You need to contact China Post directly by calling 11183 to check.

Others are still in transit and havn't been arrived.

As per checking the other tracking numbers we have did not reach Canada and it has been in transit for more that 80 days now. The tracking information also expired. We would like to know if these even left China or still in distribution. Please advise.

Last updates we have on this was 19 Mar 2021 departure from China but we confirmed from Canadian post that they are still awaiting the parcels from the originating country. Canadian customs also have confirmed that they do not have possession of the parcel. Please advise where our parcels are.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
