Hi I have a package that is has in transit since October 10th and it has not moved since. Can you please tell me what is going on? I can't imagine why it hasn't moved in that amount of time. Tracking is LY500745970CN.

Hi Jay,

It's in transit to the US now. To my experience, it should be reached around Dec. 15-25. You'd better wait for more days to see.
