Item with tracking #AS452924015CN shows it was delivered but I never received. Tried contacting seller but no respond. Who can I contact to find the USPS tracking # so I can check if USPS ever received it from china post or is china post able to tell me where the item was deliver to?

Hello!
If you haven't received the product. You should definitely contact the seller for a refund. If the seller doesn't respond again, you should contact the website you ordered the product from so they can take action. You can try contacting USPS to see if they ever received your product from China Post using the number below.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
