Hello,
My package has been stuck for almost two weeks on “Handed over to Shenzhen airlines.” It hasn’t moved since. Could you please update me.

Hi Ashley,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the your country after it was handed over to airlines. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
